If you are unable to register on August 5, we encourage you to register as soon after August 5 as possible.  Please print the necessary forms and have them filled out and bring them with you when you register.  It is advisable to call ahead to make sure someone will be in the school office when you plan to register.

Medical Exam/Immunization Schedule

Dental Health

Dental health education and tooth brush demonstrations will be given as part of the health curriculum.  Fluoride treatments may be given in elementary grades (usually third, fourth, fifth and sixth).

Hearing Screening

Hearing screening is done yearly in grades kindergarten through fifth and on all new students.  Children on a watch list are tested yearly. Tuberculin testing is done in kindergarten and on all new students with no record.
