Specifically, under FOIA, I am requesting copies of:
1.) Collective Bargaining Agreements: Any and all current collective bargaining agreements, including but not limited to union contracts with teachers. If a union is currently operating under an expired contract, please include it. Link to Union Contracts
2.) Administrator Contracts: Any and all employment/personnel agreements and contracts with current administrators, including but not limited to superintendents and principals. (For this, I'm looking for copies of the actual contracts, not blank forms or compensation reports.) Scanned electronic copies as these are not online. Please post these on our HR server in case we are asked again.
3.) Budget: The operating and capital budgets for the 2015-16 school year. (The long version of the ISBE form is fine for this. Just send more than the summary, please. Send your tentative budget if it hasn't yet been approved.)
4.) Legal Settlements: Any and all legal settlements entered into, signed, or otherwise adopted from January 1, 2014 to present. (Examples include, but are not limited to, lawsuit settlements and settlement agreements with former employees. I am not looking for property tax settlements.) Indicate that we do not have any legal settlements.
5.) Payroll: Documents sufficient to show the names and corresponding job titles and salaries of any and all district employees and board members as of today (In other words, a document or combination of documents that includes names, positions and pay for all employees, not just teachers and administrators). This will have to be generated into a PDF as the info posted online only includes administrators and teachers. The requester is asking for information on all district employees. The District doesn’t pay BOE members, and we do not collect their salary information.
Please provide all documents in PDF or Excel format.
I am making this request on behalf of the Better Government Association (BGA). The BGA is a registered-non profit organization in the State of Illinois.
